Summer Socials 2010

Kemp Mill Swim Club

Meet new members and neighbors and re-acquaint with your summer friends. The scheduled social events include our traditional events and a few new events on a trial basis. Please check the website and e-mails for details!

Chair an event and earn two, free guest passes.

Sunday, May 30: Welcome Summer Cook-out. The gas grill will be hot from 3-7 PM. Snack bar will be open. NO raft night.

Sunday, June 6: Open House - Free to non-members. Noon – 5:00 PM. Adult must be present. Tell your friends.

First Raft Night. 5 PM to closing. Raft nights will be held every Sunday thereafter.

Tuesday, June 8: Ladies Community Swim. 7:30-9:30 PM. Members are free, non-member price $5.00 per person. Open to any female and male under the age of five. Pool closes at 7:15 PM for males over the age of five. All female staff provided. No free coupons accepted.

Thursday, June 17th: Ladies Adult* Night. 7-9:30 PM (Chair: April Rivers). Pool closes at 8:15 PM to non-party goers. Price: $3.00. Theme: “Ladies Home Business Showcase.” Come talk about your home business. Bring brochures, business cards, and samples of your wares. No free coupons accepted. Please bring a dish to share.

Saturday, June 19th: Middle School Party (Chair: Cathy Ebner and ?). Incoming 6th-8th graders. No free coupons accepted.

Sunday, June 20: Ladies Sunday Morning Community Swim. Time 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM. Members -- $2.00. Non-members -- $5.00. Open to any female and male under the age of five. All female staff provided. No free coupons accepted.

Sunday, June 20: Father’s Day. 6 PM. Ice cream sandwiches for $.50 while supplies last.

Monday, June 21: First Game Night (Look for the posters) Game nights held every Monday night thereafter

Sunday, June 27th: Ladies Sunday Morning Community Swim. Time 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM. Members -- $2.00. Non-members -- $5.00. Open to any female and male under the age of five. All female staff provided. No free coupons accepted.

Sunday, July 4^th: Annual Fourth of July Family Fun Day. 1-5 PM. Pool closes at 6 PM for the holiday.

Saturday, July 17th: High School Night. 8-11 PM. Incoming 9th-12th grade students and older teens. (Chair: Bob McNally) Price: $5.00 Members/Non-members. Pool closes at 7:45 PM to non-party goers. No free coupons accepted.

Sunday, July 25th: Ladies Sunday Morning Community Swim. Time 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM. Members -- $2.00. Non-members -- $5.00. Open to any female and male under the age of five. All female staff provided. No free coupons accepted.

Friday, July 30^th: Guy’s* Night. Time 7:30-10:30 PM. (Chair: Eugene Cottilli). Food and stogies provided. BYOB. Price: $10.00 Members/Non-members . Pool closes at 8:15 PM to non-party goers. No free coupons accepted.

Sunday, August 8th: Ladies Sunday Morning Community Swim. Time 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM. Members -- $2.00. Non-members -- $5.00. Open to any female and male under the age of five. All female staff provided. No free coupons accepted.

Wednesday, August 18th : Adult* Wine and Cheese Party 7:30-9:30 pm. (Chair: Ania Waller) Price: $3.00 Members/Non-members. BYOB. Pool closes at 8:15 PM to non-party goers. No free coupons accepted.

August TBD: Ladies Adult* Night (Chair ?). Pool closes at 8:15 PM to non-party goers.

Monday, September 6: Labor Day Closing Party. Grill will be hot from 2-5 pm. Pool closes at 6 PM.

NOTE: *21 years and older only. Closing times are when the final whistle is blown.
